Research Interest Spin interference effect in artificial nanostructures fabricated in quantum wells (QW) that are composed of narrow gap semiconductors in the presence of the Rashba spin-orbit interaction (In0.52Al0.48As/In0.53Ga0.47As/In0.52Al0.48As QWs). Spin transport (Rashba spin-orbit interaction effect, weak localization, antilocalization phenomena) in QWs that are composed of narrow gap semiconductors like In0.52Al0.48As/In0.53Ga0.47As/In0.52Al0.48As QWs. Nonmagnetic spin filter using a triple barrier RTD structure that is composed of narrow gap semiconductors (In0.52Al0.48As/In0.53Ga0.47As). Thermoelectric effects in low-dimensional semiconductor systems (QWs and superlattices). |
